    I'm scanning folders with several thousand files and once I scroll down to display files that are below the initial window view I'm getting large numbers of horizontal lines across the display window - enough that they're masking out some of the text and making it difficult to see the results. Any suggestions on how to clean up the display? (Is there way to upload a screenshot?)

    I have the same display problem Decloner from App Store version 1.4 with Lion ( a lot of horizontal lines when I scroll the pages)

    I was going to buy this program but not unless there's some response to this issue. Makes it almost unusable.

    Same problem here. I contacted the developer about this on 8/11 and got this response:
    "This is weird, I have never seen such graphic artefacts before. Does anything like that happen in other apps? Is your Mac a laptop? If so, and it has two video cards, does this happen with both of them?

    I responded that I don't have this problem with any other apps, but Gleb never got back to me. Have been waiting for an update ever since. Starting to regret I purchased a license.

    I'm terribly sorry for the lack of response, I've been very busy with a new app, which is now nearly finished. Decloner update is next on my list, it will be free for all current users. The display bug is the first issue I'm going to look into.

    Just so you know the lines are still there even after the update. Running 10.7.3 and DeCloner 1.4

    Just downloaded your latest forum build (April). Tried running it, but the app crashes shortly after the window appears; tried several times.

    Could you enable logging by executing the following command in Terminal:

    defaults write com.pixelespresso.Decloner logging -bool true

    and then try the new build of 12 May?

    If it still crashes, I'd appreciate if you could look in Console for any Decloner-related messages, and also email me the latest log file from the following directory:

    ~/Library/Application Support/Decloner/Logs
